Serving on HOPA's Board is a rewarding opportunity for personal growth while helping HOPA foster change within the field of hematology/oncology pharmacy.

Vote for HOPA Leaders between Nov. 2 - Dec. 2, 2023

The slate of candidates for this year's election is nearly ready! Starting on November 2, HOPA members can begin casting your votes for the following leadership positions:

  • President-Elect – serves a three-year term (1 year as President-elect; 1 year as President; 1 year as Past President)
  • Secretary – serves a three-year term (1 open position for 2024-2027)
  • At-Large Director – serves a three-year term (1 open position for 2024-2027)

These newly elected Board members will work closely with fellow leaders, bringing their knowledge to HOPA's board of strong leadership - one that advocates for patients and makes a significant difference in the quality of their care.

  • Nominations Open: Aug 1 - Sept 11 - CLOSED
  • Completed Applications Due: Sept 22 - CLOSED
  • Committee and Board Review: September-October
  • Candidate Notifications: October
  • Election: Nov 2-Dec 2
  • Results Communicated: December
  • New Board Members begin their Term: April, 2024

Board Nominations occur in last summer each year, followed by a Nominee Application period. Both the call for nominations and the application period are now closed.
