Submit a Resource

HOPA is currently looking for the following types of material to add to the resources that we make available to our membership: policies, webinars/podcasts, toolkits, evidence briefs, reports, guidelines and standards or summaries, programs, and patient education.

All students, educators, practitioners, researchers, industry partners, and administrators involved in the hematology/oncology pharmacy practice are invited to submit materials to the resource library.
