Vote now to fill three positions on the HOPA Board of Directors: President-Elect, Secretary, and Board Member At-Large.

Those who are elected will join the board starting in April 2024 and each will serve a three-year term. The President Elect moves from President in their second year and finally to Past President in their third year.

Updated HOPA Bylaws are also on the Ballot

The HOPA Governance Committee has recommended changes to the association bylaws to help ensure they remain relevant, accurate, and clear. Read more about the routine process of updating bylaws here. You will be asked to vote on the bylaws when you start your election ballot.

  • Completed Applications Due: Sept 22 - CLOSED
  • Committee and Board Review: September-October - CLOSED
  • Candidate Notifications: October - CLOSED
  • Election: Nov 2-Dec 2
  • Results Communicated: December
  • New Board Members begin their Term: April, 2024
