This case-based session offers a 15–20-minute didactic overview of the main topic presented by a BCOP pharmacist. After, the presenters will provide a real-world patient scenario for residents to discuss in breakout rooms. You will work on the best course of treatment for your assigned patient case.
Once registered, residents are encouraged to complete a primer worksheet (available in HOPA Learn after successful registration). The primer will provide guidance for how to discuss upcoming topics with your preceptor so you can come to each session with some examples of your institutions' current methods and standards of care.
