The treatment landscape of lung cancer is constantly evolving to meet the needs of patients. This presentation will provide an overview of selected novel therapies used in both non-small cell and small cell lung cancers. This update will address novel agents targeting non-small cell lung cancer with HER2 mutations, cMET overexpression, NRG1 fusions, and EGFR mutations. It will also cover two phase III trials in the small-cell lung cancer space and also address bispecific antibodies in lung cancer and management of bispecific-related toxicities.
