BCOP Updates 2026: Supporting the War Against Cancer: Fighting Fatigue and Combating Cachexia
Cancer-related fatigue and cachexia are among the most common and challenging complications in oncology, significantly affecting patient quality of life and negatively impacting clinical outcomes. This session will review the underlying etiology, clinical presentation, diagnostic criteria, impact, and evidence-based strategies for assessment and management, including both pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions, for cancer-related fatigue and cachexia.
