Zahra Mahmoudjafari, PharmD, MBA, BCOP, FHOPA is a Clinical Pharmacy Manager in the Division of Hematologic Malignancies and Cellular Therapeutics at the University of Kansas Health System in Kansas City, KS. She has previously served as residency program director for the KU PGY2 Oncology Program.

Dr. Mahmoudjafari completed her pharmacy training at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) and her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice residency at The Ohio State University Medical Center. She completed her PGY2 Oncology residency at the Huntsman Cancer Institute and most recently received her MBA from Henry W. Bloch School of Management. She is a board-certified oncology pharmacist.

In 2022, she was the recipient of the ASTCT Pharmacy Special Interest Group Lifetime Achievement Award and ASCO's 40 Under 40 in Cancer award. Nationally recognized for expertise in transplant and cell and gene therapies, Dr. Mahmoudjafari leads clinical, operational, and financial aspects of innovative therapy programs and maintains a strong focus on the oncology pharmacy workforce.
