Jason Bergsbaken, PharmD, BCOP, MBA currently serves as Pharmacy Manager, Oncology Service Line and Program Director, PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency at UW Health and Clinical Assistant Professor, University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy in Madison, WI. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Following graduation, he completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency at UW Health. Dr. Bergsbaken also completed a Master of Business Administration degree through University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2021.

In his current role, Dr. Bergsbaken provides strategic, operational, and financial enterprise-level leadership across ambulatory, infusion, and inpatient oncology services. He currently serves as secretary of the institutional oncology P&T committee which oversees review and approval of chemotherapy regimens across UW Health. Dr. Bergsbaken is a past recipient of the 40 Under 40 in Cancer Award; Extraordinary Service Award, Division of Hematology, Medical Oncology, and Palliative Care at UW Health; and Young Alumnus of the Year, University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy Alumni Association (PAA).

Dr. Bergsbaken has been a long-standing volunteer leader within HOPA, serving in numerous leadership roles within BCOP education committees and has served as a frequent past HOPA conference presenter. Dr. Bergsbaken is committed to strengthening HOPA's strategic impact, supporting workforce development, and ensuring HOPA remains the leading voice for oncology pharmacy education, professional practice, research, and advocacy.
