Coalition to Improve Access to Cancer Care Applauds Reintroduction of the Cancer Drug Parity Act
June 25, 2025 - This press release from the CIACC voices its support for the recent reintroduction of the Cancer Drug Parity Act, which would require group and individual health plans to provide coverage for orally-administered and self-injectable anticancer medications at a cost no less favorable than the cost of IV, port-administered, or injected anticancer medications.
