Annual Conference Sponsorship
Sponsoring HOPA Annual Conference is more than just brand exposure - it’s a chance to build relationships, share your expertise, and show your support for the community. Your partnership helps make the event possible while putting your organization at the center of the conversation.
Key benefits of sponsorship include:
- Conference participation - most of our sponsorship packages include a number of full conference registrations
- Exhibiting - many sponsorship packages include an exhibit booth with priority booth placement

Sponsored Symposia - CE or Non-CE
Provide a 60-minute promotional or educational program in accordance with your own guidelines. Commercially sponsored symposia do not compete with HOPA continuing education (CE) sessions, which gives you the opportunity to present your product as a workshop, host a special activity such as a reception, or present branded or non-branded information to attendees.
Our symposia now includes breakfast or lunch, and two (2) session scanning devices, along with seating for 120 attendees and a standard AV package.
Exhibit Hall
The exhibit hall at HOPA Annual Conference is always a big draw and features receptions, lunches, poster presentations, a scavenger hunt, and more than 50 exhibiting companies. Join the leading pharmaceutical and medical device companies that will be exhibiting their new drug regimens, equipment, and products.
We have several exhibit booth packages available, including our non-profit area with special pricing.

Our History
Annual Conference 2026 in New Orleans will serve as the 22nd edition of HOPA's premier event.
As always, HOPA Annual Conference presents an excellent opportunity for our members to reconnect with colleagues and industry representatives. HOPA 2026 will feature late-breaking and diverse content delivered by oncology pharmacy professionals who are experts in optimizing care of patients with cancer and hematologic conditions, including information covering supportive care management and clinical practice updates on several disease states.

Our Attendees:
- Prime Positions of Influence
- Teach or advise prescribers, participate in clinical research, perform medical use evaluations, or participate in clinical pathway development. Even write orders for supportive cancer care and connect with members of a formulary subcommittee.
- Clinical Focus
- Focus on supportive care, bone marrow transplant, oncology, hematology, pain management, and /or palliative care.
- Sphere of Practice
- Work in an academic setting, an inpatient setting, or an outpatient setting. Many work for a pharmaceutical or device manufacturer or in a community setting.
Attendee List
HOPA does not sell the HOPA Annual Conference attendee list.
The official conference attendee list (name, title and facility) will be sent directly from development@hoparx.org two weeks prior to conference and two weeks after conference to our sponsoring and exhibiting companies.
Fraudulent List Sales
HOPA does not work with third parties to sell contact information or share attendee information from our events, including the HOPA 2026 Annual Conference. Please do not respond to any solicitation from organizations trying to sell lists associated with this or any other HOPA event. These lists are fraudulent. Feel free to forward any solicitation emails to development@hoparx.org.
Conference Opportunities for IRC Partners
The support of Industry helps us continue to advance the field of hematology/oncology pharmacy. Thank you to our current Industry Relations Council (IRC) Participants!
Our IRC partners receive many benefits for HOPA Annual Conference, including complementary full conference registration, logo recognition, and the opportunity to submit IRC Industry Encore Posters.
IRC Industry Encore Posters
IRC Industry Encore Posters are posters that have been accepted and presented at other professional meetings and/or previously published and are submitted by one of HOPA’s Industry Relations Council (IRC) Partners.
IRC Industry Encore submissions for Annual Conference 2026 will be accepted beginning December 1, 2025 – February 5, 2026.
Information for the IRC Industry Encore poster category will be sent to our IRC contacts in November.
Industry Encore Poster FAQs:
- Submissions for AC26 will be open December 1, 2025 – February 5, 2026
- Submissions after the deadline will not be considered
- The number of poster submissions available per participating company is determined by IRC Level
- All submissions will be peer reviewed
- A HOPA member does not need to be involved in order to submit in the IRC Industry Encore Poster category
- A presenter is not required, but time will be available for presentations
- One presenter is allowed to present multiple posters
