The HOPA Pre-Conference is on Thursday, September 11, 2025.
This half-day of learning takes place at the Arizona Grand Resort and Spa in Phoenix, Arizona and is followed by AVAHO’s full Annual Meeting on September 12-14.
The Pre-Conference features three sessions totaling four hours of Board-Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) continuing education (CE) credits.

The HOPA program is designed by oncology pharmacists, specifically for oncology pharmacists,” says David Eplin Pharm.D., BCOP and President of AVAHO. “We are pleased to incorporate BCOP credits into our annual meeting; it is one of a few ways we partner with HOPA to educate and support pharmacists.”
Attendees can expect timely and clinically relevant learning that supports advanced practice and improves outcomes. “We look forward to collaborating with AVAHO to deliver high-quality BCOP education for pharmacists making a difference in cancer care,” says Jolynn K. Sessions, PharmD, CPP, BCOP, FHOPA and Immediate Past President of HOPA. “It is especially meaningful to partner with those who serve our veterans.”
