The Call for Q3 and Q4 Presenters is Now Open!

Our Practice Management (PM) Committee is currently soliciting session proposals for its next Virtual Practice Management Series webinars - and we want to hear from you!

The Q3 Virtual Practice Management session is scheduled for Tuesday, August 11, at 2-3:15 p.m. The final Virtual Practice Management of 2026 will then take place on Tuesday, November 10, at 2-3:15 p.m.

Each webinar will cover a single timely practice management topic over the course of a 75-minute live session.

Potential topics for this webinar include:

  • Integrating Pharmacy Services Across Network/Community Sites
  • Navigating White Bagging, Brown Bagging, and Buy-and-Bill Policy Impacts
  • Understanding and Optimizing Oncology Drug Reimbursement
  • Applications of Generative AI and Large Language Models in Oncology Pharmacy Practice Management (ex. Use in Prior Authorization and Medication Assistance)
  • Subcutaneous Immunotherapies - Planning and Operational Considerations for Current and Anticipated Future Products
  • Other

Your presentation proposal could help inform the committee on which topics to address in future sessions.

Proposal submissions must include:

  • Your profile information
  • A session description
  • 4 to 5 learning objectives
  • Content references
  • Your CV and experience
  • Any relevant financial disclosures and conflicts of interest

Presenter submissions are due by Tuesday, February 24, 2026, by 11:59 p.m. CT.

Single presenters or panels are permitted. The maximum number of presenters per session should be no more than four. HOPA staff will notify applicants regarding acceptance or declination via email before the end of April.
