Chelsea Gustafson, PharmD, BCOP is a Senior Oncology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Community Health Network MD Anderson Cancer Center in Kokomo, IN.

Chelsea has spent her career so far in outpatient clinical practice helping to initiate and develop oncology pharmacy specialist services. As the first oncology pharmacy specialist at her current clinic in Kokomo, IN, Chelsea helped to expand services within her healthcare network to a new location and rural patient population. She is also very involved in the creation and maintenance of treatment plans for patients.

She has been an oncology pharmacist for more than 10 years and began her career with PGY1 and PGY2 residencies at Northwestern Medicine in Chicago, where she then established the first ambulatory oncology pharmacy specialist role and worked in GI and skin cancers after completing her training. She attended pharmacy school at Purdue University in Indiana.
