Identifying Obstacles, Developing Strategies and Moving Forward
This year’s theme acknowledges the personal and professional challenges experienced by practitioners within the field of hematology/oncology pharmacy – it also focuses on the importance of improving the conditions of those individuals, as well as improving the conditions of patients with cancer by aiding in the discovery of advancements within the field.
Two Days Filled with CEs, Networking, and Posters (New this Year!)
Attendees have spoken, and we’ve heard them – new to this year’s Practice Management program, attendees may participate in informal round tables to discuss hot topics. Separate roundtables (non-CE) will be held with either a clinical or operational focus. Learn more.
