HOPA invites you to submit your research abstracts to present in the following topics at our 17th Annual Conference online.

Please note the following submission dates:

  • Call for Completed and Encore Research opens: August 17, 2020

  • Call for Completed and Encore Research closes: October 26, 2020 at 11:59 pm CST

  • Call for Late Breaking Research opens: November 16, 2020

  • Call for Late Breaking Research closes: December 14, 2020 at 11:59 pm CST

  • Call for Trainee Research opens: November 23, 2020

  • Call for Trainee Research closes: January 25, 2021 at 11:59 pm CST

  • Deadline to submit posters for Trainee Award consideration: March 5, 2021 at 11:59 pm CST

  • Deadline for all posters: March 28, 2021 at 11:59 pm CDT

  • HOPA Annual Conference - On(Line)!: April 12-17, 2021

HOPA will use the information provided in conference materials so please ensure that author names, credentials, and titles, are written accurately. Degrees and certifications provided will only be included in published material. Selected completed research abstracts will be published in the Journal of Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy (JHOP), HOPA's official peer-reviewed forum for oncology pharmacy practice.

Final posters for selected research abstracts are required to be submitted prior to the Annual Conference for viewing of attendees. The deadline for ePosters is set typically two weeks prior to the Annual Conference. A student, resident, or fellow, must be the primary author of the abstract being submitted.
