Dr. Butler is the Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She also provides medication management and diabetes education in nearby St. Charles, Missouri, at the Volunteers in Medicine Clinic. She is passionate about improving health literacy, especially among the uninsured.

Dr. Butler will explore the intersection of structural racism in healthcare and the racial and socioeconomic factors that contribute to common health disparities. Read Dr. Butler’s bio.
