Statement of Need/Activity Purpose:

This session will provide a high-level overview of reimbursement models for oncology agents across the continuum of care. Reimbursement structures for both inpatient and outpatient claims for Medicare, Medicaid and Private Payers as well as a review of 340B principles and its impact on reimbursement of oncology agents will be reviewed. The session will conclude with a high-level review of quality based reimbursement models for oncology care.

Jerame Hill is the Pharmacy Manager of Supply Chain and Financial Services at the University of Wisconsin (UW) Health. Jerame serves as a clinical instructor at the University of Wisconsin’s School of Pharmacy, and he is an active member of many professional organizations. Jerame received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Samford University’s McWhorter School of Pharmacy in 2014 and his Masters degree in Health-System Pharmacy Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2016. Additionally, he completed a two-year residency in Pharmacy Administration at UW Health.
