HOPA Practice Management Course 2017


The Oncology Practice Management Program is a live, interactive program designed to educate oncology pharmacists on practical solutions to the everyday challenges of providing top-of-the-line clinical care.

Full Conference Registration includes

  • all sessions
  • Up to 13.5 credit hours applicable for ACPE credit
  • light breakfast Friday and Saturday
  • lunch on Saturday.

Preconference ONLY Registration includes:

  • 3.5 credit hours applicable for ACPE credit
  • Breakfast

Registration Rates

Onsite registration hours are:

Thursday, Sept 14th – 7am to 4:15pm
Friday, Sept 15th – 7am to 11:50am

Two or more Members (from the same institution)* Regular Rate: $250 per attendee

Nonmember Regular Rate: $530

Telephone and fax registrations are accepted with credit card. If payment is not received at the time of registration, your registration will not be processed. You can expect to receive an electronic confirmation of your registration at the e-mail address provided with your registration.

Program Changes and Cancellations Policy

HOPA reserves the right to substitute faculty or cancel or reschedule sessions because of low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If HOPA must cancel, registrants will receive credits or refunds for the portion of their fee affected by the cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. A $50 processing fee will apply to all cancellations. No refunds will be made on cancellations postmarked after August 31, 2017. All refunds will be issued after the conference.
