Program Changes and Cancellations Policy

HOPA reserves the right to substitute faculty or cancel or reschedule because of enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If HOPA must cancel, registrants will receive credits or refunds for the portion of their fee affected by the cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. A processing fee of $50 will apply to all cancellations. No refunds will be made on cancellations postmarked after August 31, 2018. All refunds will be issued after the event.

Deductibility of Expenses

Consult your tax advisor for information about the deductibility of registration and membership fees.
