Last year HOPA introduced its ambitious 2016-2020 strategic plan which will guide the activities of our volunteers and staff as we work together to accomplish HOPA’s goals. As part of that process, HOPA also conducted a thorough review of the current committee structure, reviewed each committee charge, and concluded that the current committee structure needed revisions. A task force was established, comprised of board members, committee chairs, and members at large, with the goal of creating an efficient and effective committee structure to meet the needs of the new strategic plan.
This webinar presents the new committee structure to the membership. Join HOPA President, Sarah Peters, PharmD MPH BCOP, as she discusses the new, comprehensive committee structure.
