Program Book Advertising

Advertising in the 2018 HOPA Annual Conference Program Book offers concentrated exposure to more than 1,200 hematology/oncology pharmacists worldwide. The program book will be distributed on site to meeting attendees and will contain the complete conference schedule, session descriptions, conference location guide, and exhibit schedule layout.

Rx Success Program - $750

Every HOPA attendee will receive a card at registration with the participating exhibitor names and booth numbers. During the exhibit hours, attendees will visit these companies and receive a stamp or hole-punch on the card. Each day there will be a prize given to an attendee by HOPA if they visit all the participating exhibitors (approximately 10 companies per day).

 

Room-Drop - $8,000

Place a flyer or brochure in every HOPA attendee's hotel room (reach 700 HOPA attendee's room).

Bag Insert - $4,000

Place a flyer or brochure in every HOPA attendee's tote bag (reach over 1,200 HOPA attendees).

Reach HOPA Members Through our Email blast Opportunity!

Reach HOPA's over 2,500 members via an email blast. You provide the content and HOPA will distribute your message to our members.

 

Process/Criteria

HOPA reserves the right to refuse any blast email request.

HOPA may send a blast email on behalf of your company if the following conditions are met:

  • The request to send an email will be submitted in writing using approved order form so that all pertinent information is collected related to the email. A final draft copy of the email, including any links, artwork, graphics, etc., must be submitted for approval.
  • The fee of $2,500 per email communication Pre-payment is required
  • Acceptable email topics include patient resources, non-competitive educational programs, and non-product publications such as patient education materials. Surveys may be acceptable under certain terms and conditions (contact Julie Ichiba at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). Promotion of other pharmacy, hematology or oncology meetings or events that are held within 30 days prior to or 30 days after HOPA events will not be accepted.

 

Template dimensions

The template size is 650 pixels width – the length is up to the vendor.

Emails go out to the full membership, not segmented lists.

Purchase a Mailing List

Take advantage of the opportunity to reach the decision makers in hematology/oncology pharmacy in your next direct mail campaign. The following guidelines apply when ordering lists or labels:

  1. Duplication or reselling of labels or lists is not permitted.
  2. Labels and lists are rented for a one-time use only. Violations of this policy could result in denial of future requests. Pre-payment is required for all orders.
  3. A sample mailing piece must accompany all orders. All orders are subject to approval.
  4. HOPA reserves the right to refuse or accept any list rental order for any reason.
  5. Allow 7-10 working days from the date the sample mailing piece is received by HOPA.
  6. $500 fee for mailing list.
