A: As long as you have gone to the credit claim page and clicked on the BCOP credit box and clicked the box in front of the number of credits and clicked the claim button, the credits will appear on your certificate and should transfer to BPS on a quarterly basis as listed in the BCOP frequently asked questions.

Q: Can I take the BCOP test in pieces and save my answers as I go along before submitting each test?

A: When you log in and open the “Post-Test”, you can view/complete questions, and then either navigate throughout the course or leave the My Education Library site. Your test will not auto submit.  You then can log back in and continue the Post-Test where you left off.  The Post-Test will not be submitted until you actually hit the “Submit” button.  Once you hit the “Submit” button, the test is completed and you will not be allowed to re-take the Post-Test.

Q: What if I accidentally open the test before I mean to and don’t have the time to take it?

A: When you log in and open the “Post-Test”, you can view/complete questions, and then either navigate throughout the course or leave the My Education Library site. Your test will not auto submit.  You then can log back in and continue the Post-Test where you left off.  The Post-Test will not be submitted until you actually hit the “Submit” button.  Once you hit the “Submit” button, the test is completed and you will not be allowed to re-take the Post-Test.

Q: Since I only get one chance to take the BCOP test, how can I view or print the test questions before beginning my attempt?

A: With the new system you have the ability to leave the quiz and go back to any material you desire to review and return to the quiz when you have the answer to the question. When you have answered all questions you will have to click the Submit button for grading. This was an enhancement done with the new system based on feedback received.
