Exhibit Space

Exhibit space is available to companies on a first-in, first-considered basis. Space assignments will be based upon the order or receipt of application and deposit.
Booths are priced by square feet. The minimum booth size is 10' x 10'/ 100 sq. ft.

•    10'x10' booth space Nonprofit    $5,000 USD*
•    10'x20' booth space                  $12,000 USD

Exhibitor Badge Information and Registration
Exhibitors don't forget to register for your four (4) exhibit booth badges per 10'x10' booth by March 2, 2012.  There will be a $25 charge for each exhibitor badge registration exceeding the 4-per-10'x10' booth space allotment.

Please submit electronically your company description (50 words or less /500 keystroke limit) exactly as you want your paragraph to appear in the official conference book and/or conference addendum.  Description is due to HOPA by January 31, 2012. Payments

To be considered for exhibit space, all booth applications must be accompanied with a deposit of 50% per 100 sq. ft. of the total exhibit space. The balance of the exhibit space will become due and payable in full by December 1, 2011. Applications received after this date must include full payment of exhibit space.

Official Contractor

The assigned contractor will have a service desk in operation at the time of installation and removal and will direct and manage all of the following services: exhibitor information kit, decorator, booths and signs, labor, installation of exhibits, electrical, dismantling of exhibits, and shipping.  An exhibitor information kit will be available approximately 60 days prior to the conference.

The official contractor, Shepard Exposition Services, will e-mail each exhibitor a service kit that provides exhibitors complete instructions approximately 60 days before the exhibit opens.  Decorator questions, please contact Shepard directly at 404.720.8600

Corporate Showcase

HOPA is pleased to offer you the opportunity to showcase your company's products, services, or programs by conducting a seminar or product demonstration. Corporate showcase sessions are 25 minutes in length and will be held in a designated area(s) in the exhibit hall set up in theater style for 50 attendees. Please note that sessions are unopposed with any educational programs but may run concurrent with other corporate showcases. The following topics are suggestions of areas of interest to our attendees: risk evaluation and mitigation strategies (REMS), compliance, and patient safety.

Corporate showcase sessions are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis pending HOPA approval. The showcase fee is $25,000 and must accompany your completed corporate showcase application. Showcases are only available to those who purchase an exhibit booth.
